Department UNH CHHS Institute on Disability [UFIOD0] Summary of
Position Under the direction of the UNH -4U PI, the Co-Director
will assist in the design, implementation, and quality improvement
of all elements of the UNH -4U program. Duties include assisting in
the development of operations protocol for all program elements,
including but not limited to: 1) student recruitment, registration,
admissions, academic advising, coordination and collaboration with
faculty, students, parents; curriculum development, instruction,
and micro-credentialing taxonomy; 2) Work closely with UNH and CHHS
partners in the integration of post-secondary experiences; 3)
professional development of staff and staff supervision; 4)
training and TA on differentiated instruction and inclusive
education practices; 5) assessment of implementation drivers for
members of Inclusive Higher Education Consortia; 6)marketing,
communication and information dissemination materials; 7) peer
mentoring and academic coaching capacity building; 8)assist the
project evaluator with data collection and coordination for process
and outcome evaluation and use of data for quality improvement; 9)
development of funding and fee for service mechanisms for long term
program sustainability; 10)produce new knowledge and translate
knowledge through practical and peer reviewed conferences,
assistance to other higher education institutions in NH and
scholarship for a variety of audiences. Acceptable minimum level of

ability to work as part of a team, and ability to work
independently with quality.
--- Proven track record of timely verbal and written communication
skills in all aspect of professional live, specifically with
colleagues, students, families, supervisors, and partner

Duty/Responsibility Develop operation protocols and implementation
strategies for core components of the inclusive UNH -4U program in
collaboration with academic and administrative departments and
partner organizations. This includes; pre-admission, admission,
implementation and post-graduation elements. Duty/Responsibility
Coordinate academic advising, UNH -4U specific student services,
and validation of UNH -4U credential-related competencies with
college faculty and instructors. Conduct regular check-ins with
students, staff, faculty, peers and Res Life as appropriate.
Duty/Responsibility Provide professional development for faculty,
staff, mentors and partner organizations on subject matter
including but not limited to inclusive education, differentiated
instruction, Universal Design for Learning. Duty/Responsibility
Supervise peer mentors, academic coaches and hourly adjuncts and
other staff as assigned in implementation of the UNH -4U program.
Duty/Responsibility Lead curriculum development and coordination
for the UNH -4U Bridges program, including but not limited to
student services and coordination of pre admissions, pre and post
assessment results. Duty/Responsibility Develop curriculum and
training and technical resources for peer mentors and academic
coaches for all aspects of UNH -4U program. Duty/Responsibility
Collaborate and coordinate Residence Life activities with UNH -4U
Res Life Manager and UNH Res Life department. Duty/Responsibility
Collaborate and coordinate with Campus Recreation and student
organizations, the UNH -4U inclusion facilitator to promote
inclusive, student centered campus recreation and social and
extracurricular opportunities for UNH -4U students.
Duty/Responsibility Assist with resource procurement in
coordination with student cost of attendance, fee for service,
grant development for public, private and federal resources.
Duty/Responsibility Assist with program evaluation coordination
through data collection, quality improvement, and benchmarking
fidelity of implementation for
Model Accreditation Standards Duty/Responsibility Initiate and
contribute to new scholarship and knowledge translation for a
