General Corporate Responsibilities: As a member of the eni Team, the Executive Director of Sales will be responsible for embracing eni's corporate core values, as well as, performance expectations consistent with corporate vision and strategic goals: *Deliver "WOW' through Extreme Customer Service*Practice Excellence in Process*Contribute to a Positive, Fun Environment*Expand your Knowledge Base*Be Flexible and Innovative*Specific Job Expectations and Responsibilities: Sales Team Leader: Motivating your team to achieve extraordinary sales results. *Responsible for the development and successful execution of annual Sales Team strategy for growth in net revenue.*Provides strategic direction, active supervision and guidance to ensure Sales Team meets and exceeds sales and growth targets for eni's signature and integrated solutions.*Complete routine and on-going supervision of Sales Team personnel; develop individual and team targets on a quarterly basis to support annual corporate growth expectations.*Support and further develop the skill sets of the Sales Team consistent with the "Spin/Sell" model of delivery and in support of corporate goal to become "experts in the design of Integrated Benefits".*Serves as Team lead for Sales Team, member of Executive (ET) and management teams.*Designs, develops and manages annual departmental strategic plan including related departmental personnel, budget, key departmental business processes and overall sales related SOPs.*Sales Knowledge & Technology Guru: Teaching your team about cutting edge industry and marketing trends and employing the newest technologies in pursuit of sales extraordinaire. The Sales Director will also be responsible for maintaining and managing all software, budgeting and reporting for the team.*Serves as key administrator for Salesforce and other related corporate software ensuring consistency and follow through with departmental processes.*Fully integrate the use of SalesForce and related technologies (HubSpot, Profile, and OLAP Platforms) to ensure the accurate and consistent management of Sales Pipeline and departmental goals for growth.*Develops and maintains high level of industry and market knowledge, including monitoring competitors, trade journals, and participating in industry related trainings, webinars and events.*Available for routine corporate travel to potential and existing customers, trade shows, conferences/conventions, and other assigned corporate travel.*Routine and as assigned tasks. Executive Team Member: Collaborating with members of the senior leadership team on corporate projects and strategic plans. *Work directly with Executive Team to continually evaluate and innovate on benefit offerings, bringing feedback from field to strategic planning.*Work Directly with Marketing, Customer Relations, Integrated Technologies, Finance and Benefit/Services department leadership to ensure the efficient and profitable implementation of new customer contracts.*Provide weekly updates to Executive Team of sales pipeline and resource needs, steer Sales team meetings and participate in other corporate team meetings as a member of the senior leadership.*Participate in both project and process teams as assigned and serve as Team Lead when requested.
