Job Description:

Program Coordinator - Learning Management System Specialist. As a valued member of the Duke team. -You will: -Be responsible for developing, building, and implementing Learning Management System (LMS) daily processes in support of PRMO"s evolving business and operational needs.Ensure the accuracy of team member learning records on behalf of the Duke Health Revenue Cycle.Support learning events hosted in the PRMO Learning Center classroom spaces. -Job Responsibilities Assignment of Learning -(high percentage of your time)Assign and communicate new hire onboarding curricula specific to revenue cycle job functions within the Duke Health enterprise in alignment with new hire effective dates. - -Administer and maintain user roles within the LMS to include permissions assignment of profiles. Serve as initial point of contact for questions concerning departmental training programs and registration process.Learning Systems Administration -(much of your time)Generate and distribute LMS reports to Learning Center colleagues and meeting facilitators.Build instructor-led and web-based course objects in the LMS.Train Learning Center colleagues, leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), meeting facilitators, etc., in LMS methodology and procedural best practices.Partner with departmental and enterprise course owners to forecast placement of training offerings six to twelve months in advance. - -Manage the catalog of online, blended, and other learning resources. - -Create, implement, and maintain monthly calendar for instructor-- - -led and e-- - - learning courses.Maintain accuracy of complex LMS processes such as consistent application of course descriptions, curricula configurations, course or class changes and instructor assignments.Liaise and collaborate with LMS and Education / Training Coordinators to communicate system issues and requirements, identify support patterns that represent systemic issues. -Organizational Event Support -(often)Coordinate and maintain the Learning Center master schedule for events and training sessions. - -Partner with program leaders to develop organizational or departmental resource plans in support of defined learning program objectives.Collaborate in the planning and execution of organizational events.Anticipate and provide guidance on program protocol, procedures, and operating polices for the management of facility reservation systems and requests for Learning Center space. -Arrange for computing resources, to include mobile classroom configuration. -Troubleshoot System and Operational Issues -Monitor usage and performance of the LMS. - -Perform analysis and troubleshooting to identify potential resolutions for learning applications and / or learner hardware issues. - -(Duke Enterprise LMS Listserve, ServiceNow, and other channels)Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions and make adjustments to audiovisual equipment to include projection, video equipment, audio equipment, and television equipment.Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein. - -EducationWork requires analytical, communications and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree program. -ExperienceWork requires three years of experience in program administration or involving academic, instructional activities to acquire skills necessary to plan, coordinate and implement a variety of program activities and events, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
