Job Description Job Description Maintenance Electrician Night Shift Pay: $35–$38/hr We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to support a highly automated manufacturing facility with extensive conveyor and electro?mechanical systems. This role centers on electrical troubleshooting , with strong mechanical skills preferred. Night shift position. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment. Maintain automated systems, conveyors, and high?speed machinery. Support PLC?controlled equipment and interpret ladder logic. Read electrical schematics and blueprints. Work safely with 480V systems and single/three?phase motors. Provide long?term, permanent equipment fixes. Follow NEC, OSHA, and NFPA 70E standards. Required Skills 3 years of industrial maintenance experience. Strong electrical troubleshooting and PLC exposure. Ability to read ladder logic and work with high?voltage equipment. Experience in fast?paced manufacturing. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred). Electrical certifications or technical training. Experience with automation, VFDs, control panels, and instrumentation. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Asheboro, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
