Job Description Job Description We offer a New Hire Incentive Package (effective 12/11/25): All newly hired C Level Technicians can qualify with the opportunity to earn up $3,500 in addition to regular pay in the first year*. PLUS the opportunity to earn up to $72.50 per flat rate hour! *Bob King Automotive Management representative will provide details to those with prior experience as an C Level Technician. Criteria for qualification will include prior experience and demonstration of skill level. Payments will be made over the 1st year of employment so the new hire must maintain employed status during this time to earn the full payment amount. This payment is in leu of any guarantees. Provide an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing, which includes background checks, MVR check, and a drug test. Candidates should be comfortable with diagnostics, performing general repairs, and working independently. ASE certifications are a plus. We offer a twice-a-month pay plan with a starting guarantee, a climate-controlled work environment and a full benefit package. Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair vehicle issues (mechanical and electrical) Perform brake jobs, suspension work, and engine repairs Complete routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotation, fluid checks) Document all repairs and maintain accurate records with our proven processes Work collaboratively with service advisors and parts team Requirements: 2–3 years’ experience in an automotive repair setting Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work efficiently and meet performance goals ASE certifications are a plus but not required All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing, which includes background checks, MVR check, and a drug test.
