product excellence. Position Impact: As our Senior Manufacturing
Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of manufacturing excellence,
driving process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
that deliver high-quality, cost-effective production solutions.
Your expertise will be instrumental in bridging the gap between
design concepts and manufacturing reality, ensuring flawless
execution from prototype to production. How You'll Make a
Difference: Manufacturing Process Leadership: Lead manufacturing
process development across SMT, through-hole, and electromechanical
assembly operations, implementing innovations that drive efficiency
and quality. New Product Introduction (NPI): Spearhead DFM/DFT/DFX
reviews that transform concepts into manufacturable products,
orchestrating successful transitions from pilot builds to volume
production. Strategic Process Definition: Develop precision labor
estimates and manufacturing methodologies that optimize production
efficiency while meeting customer requirements. Equipment and
Automation Excellence: Master the programming and optimization of
advanced manufacturing equipment including SMT, AOI, SPI, and
soldering systems, ensuring peak performance. Innovative Tooling
Design: Create sophisticated PCB panelization drawings and assembly
fixtures using AutoCAD, DraftSight, or 3D modeling software that
enhance production capabilities. Continuous Improvement Leadership:
Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives that
transform processes, reduce cycle times, and elevate overall
manufacturing performance. Technical Mentorship: Provide expert
guidance to manufacturing teams, fostering a culture of technical
excellence and continuous learning. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with engineering, quality, supply chain, and program
management teams to ensure manufacturing excellence across all
dimensions of product delivery. What You Bring to the Team:
Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or
Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline). 5
years of hands-on experience in electronic contract manufacturing
environments, with demonstrated success in process optimization.
Expert knowledge of SMT, through-hole, and electromechanical
assembly processes that delivers manufacturing excellence. Strong
working knowledge of ISO 9001, IPC standards, Lean/Six Sigma
methodologies, and statistical process control (SPC). Practical
experience with ERP/MES systems, DFM/DFX analysis, and managing
technical aspects of customer programs. Skills That Set You Apart:
Proficiency in Windows-based applications, CAD tools
(AutoCAD/DraftSight), and 3D modeling software that translates to
effective manufacturing solutions. Exceptional analytical abilities
