Smart Wires is currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer based in
Durham, NC to support our Engineering team. This position is a
hybrid work from office/work from home, as long as you live within
50 miles of the office.
The Position
The Mechanical Engineer is a key part of the Engineering team and
will assume an important role in commercialization of new products
by providing support with DFX, procurements, in-process testing,
manufacturing, and EOL activities. Under the direction of and
reporting to the Product Design Manager, primary duties are to
support the design and development of engineering products.
This position requires a high degree of detail-orientation;
qualified candidates are highly motivated, self-directed, excellent
communicators and collaborate well across workstreams and
teams.
Primary Responsibilities
Required Skills and Experience
