We are currently sourcing for a Senior Platform Engineer!PI Platform Security is focused on building foundational security capabilities that serve our customers and our applications. To enable our application teams to securely build at scale, we focus on cross-cutting security applications, platforms, and tooling that enable us to bring a security mindset into our everyday operations. You will join a team of security engineers that look to evolve how Personal Investing does security as we move to automation-first and cloud-native architecture that support our next-generation digital architecture.Within PI Platform Security, we have teams that work on Cloud Security, Perimeter Security, Authorization, and Security APIs and Services.Your Impact:

• Build tooling and platforms used by many Fidelity applications and developers.The Expertise and Skills You Bring (The order of these bullets does not matter)
  • 5+ years of programming experience such as Java, Python, or Go.
  • Experience with securing cloud providers and platforms such as AWS and Azure.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code concepts such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Experience building enterprise software.
  • Experience building modern APIs and microservices, using frameworks such as Dropwizard and Jetty.
  • Experience working with developer and CI/CD tooling such as JenkinsCore and Stash
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment with tools such as JIRA.Things that we--------re passionate about:
    • Building with Cloud services such as AWS Lambda, AWS DynamoDB, AWS SQS.
    • Native Cloud security tools and services such as AWS IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager.
    • Policy control frameworks such as OPA or XACML.
    • Collaborating with platform engineers on security best practices.
    • Building and working on cloud security controls and cloud compliance programs.
    • Securing cloud deployments.
    • Building out security tooling and services.
