Project Manager IV Employment Type: Contract through 07/20/2026
(High potential for extension) Location: Raleigh, NC Position
Overview: Enbridge is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager
IV to lead and manage complex infrastructure projects across the
natural gas pipeline and energy sector. This role requires a
professional with in-depth technical expertise, exceptional
leadership capabilities, and a strong understanding of engineering,
procurement, and construction (EPC) practices. As the Project
Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all project phases
from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered
on time, within scope, and within budget. You will serve as the
primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders and lead
project review sessions to discuss progress, risks, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle project management activities
including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Act as the
primary point of contact for all project-related communications and
decision-making. Manage project timelines, budgets, milestones, and
deliverables with accountability. Conduct regular project review
sessions to track progress, address issues, and propose solutions.
Liaise with cross-functional business units to align project
objectives and resources. Oversee technical elements such as
engineering design, integration, and testing in line with client
requirements. Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation
strategies. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company
policies, and quality standards. Required Qualifications:
Experience: 10 years of relevant project management experience,
preferably in the oil & gas or energy sector. Experience with
natural gas pipeline, compression, and peak shaving facility
projects is strongly preferred. Technical Expertise: Strong
understanding of EPC project delivery models. Background in
pipeline transmission and distribution systems is highly desired.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or
a related field is required. Master’s degree or PMP certification
is preferred. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead
cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Problem-Solving: Advanced analytical skills with the ability to
resolve complex issues quickly and effectively. Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with full project lifecycles, industry best practices,
and regulatory requirements related to energy infrastructure. About
