Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A dynamic
opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
with experience working in elementary schools, specifically with
students in Grades K-5. This contract position is based in Apex,
NC, and offers the chance to work across various K-12 settings.
There are multiple openings available, including potential Extended
School Year (ESY) assignments. Responsibilities include: -
Conducting speech and language assessments for students in
Kindergarten through 5th grade. - Developing and implementing
individualized therapy plans tailored to students' needs. -
Collaborating with teachers and school staff to support student
communication goals. - Monitoring progress and documenting
treatment outcomes. - Providing support for students during ESY
sessions when applicable. Qualifications and desired experience: -
Valid licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience serving elementary school-aged children, preferably
K-5. - Strong knowledge of evidence-based speech and language
interventions. - Ability to work collaboratively within an
educational team. - Excellent communication and organizational
skills. Location: - Position is located in Apex, North Carolina.
