available for a Physical Therapist to provide vital support within
a K-12 school setting in Kernersville, NC. This role is designed
for a skilled PT with experience in school-based therapy and
healthcare environments, working with students from PreK through
12th grade. The position lasts for the current school year (CSY),
offering a consistent schedule from ASAP through the end of the
school year (EOSY). Key Responsibilities: - Deliver individualized
physical therapy services to students within PreK-12 grades,
supporting their educational and developmental goals. - Collaborate
with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to develop
and implement effective therapy plans. - Maintain detailed
documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and statutory
compliance records. - Participate in student evaluations, team
meetings, and interventions as required. Qualifications: - Licensed
Physical Therapist with credentials valid for school-based
practice. - Experience working in school settings and healthcare
environments preferred. - Ability to manage caseloads effectively
and communicate progress clearly. - Knowledge of developmental and
educational therapies appropriate for children and adolescents.
