Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is
available for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support
elementary students in a dynamic K-5 Spanish Immersion/Magnet
School setting in Cary, NC. This role involves working with general
education students, delivering specialized direct instruction
(SDI), and conducting comprehensive evaluations and screenings. The
position is a contract role lasting through the current school
year, from ASAP until June 12, 2026, providing consistent hours and
a meaningful impact on young learners' development. Key
Responsibilities: - Provide targeted occupational therapy services
to approximately 36 students within general education - Deliver
specialized direct instruction tailored to individual student needs
- Complete thorough evaluations and screenings to assess student
progress and needs - Collaborate with educators and parents to
support student goals - Maintain accurate and timely documentation
of services and student progress Qualifications and Desired
Experience: - Valid Occupational Therapy licensure and credentials
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred - Ability
to engage with elementary-aged children (K-5) - Bilingual skills in
Spanish are highly preferred to support the immersion program -
Strong organizational and communication skills Location and
Schedule: - Position based at two elementary school sites in Cary,
NC - Work schedule is 7:15 AM to 3:00 PM, totaling 37.5 hours per
