Job Description Job Description Lead Superintendent We are a midsize general contractor with a strong presence along the East Coast. We are headquartered in Baltimore and Raleigh-Durham, but have projects between the Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and North Carolina. We focus on multi-family and mixed use new construction. We see a mix of garden style and podium builds depending on the locations. We offer a strong growth track with a back log of work through 2027. We are looking for a senior superintendent in the Raleigh area who can oversee multiple project sites at once with a few superintendents underneath them. These will all be ground up builds on primarily mix-use projects. What you need 12 years of Construction Superintendent experience Experience Leading construction projects of $20M Expert with ADA, BGE, Energy systems, steel, HVAC, and related disciplines Proficient with Procore and Microsoft office Expert in subtractor agreements and contract clauses In-Depth knowledge of AHJ building inspection requirements Ability to lead OSHA inspections Master at Blueprint reading, civil planning, specifications, and contract documents Ability to assess percentage-of-completion for clients and lenders Nice to Have Strong Market Knowledge of Raleigh-Durham area Network of trustworthy subcontractors OSHA 30-Hour Training CPR/First Aid AED(Automated External Defibrillator) Training Benefits Base Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 Full Medical, Dental, Vision 100% paid for employee 401k w/ match PTO Paid Holidays Phone and Gas Allowance Truck Allowance Strong Bonus Structures - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
