Marketing SpecialistCell Microsystems, Inc, is a developer and manufacturer of innovative products for single cell workflows. The Company's lead products, the CellRaft AIR - System and CytoSort - consumables, enable multiple discovery applications across a range of single cell methodologies, including CRISPR, 'track and trace' clonal propagation, genomics, stem cells, and organoids. First launched in 2018, the Company's products have been purchased by leading academic, government, and pharma research organizations in the U.S. and Europe.Cell Microsystems has an opportunity for a Marketing Specialist. The person in this role will gain broad marketing experience while building a strong foundation for a high-growth, marketing career. They will also gain exposure to working in 'start-up' business environment fueled by market-driven innovation and agile processes.The ideal candidate has familiarity and/or proven experience applying B2B digital marketing best practices to emails and social posts; e.g., use of hashtags; email subject lines, active language, and emphasis on call-to-actions.Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, assemble, design and execute content for emails, social media, newsletters, and sales materials.
• Coordinate exhibitor presence at conferences and tradeshows
• Make updates to website content, design, and layout using WordPress with a focus on SEO
• Assist with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Stay up to date with digital media trends and developments
• Additional duties as assignedSkills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 + years of marketing experience
  • Excellent project management, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient on PC software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
