RealREPP is a full service recruiting firm and is currently
teaming with a nationally recognized commercial real estate
owner/developer to assist them in hiring a Marketing Administrator
in the San Francisco, CA area!
The ideal candidate must have excellent Adobe Creative Suite
(InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) skills, 1-2 years of marketing
experience, have excellent interpersonal communication skills, and
is proactive. The position provides exposure to a full spectrum of
duties within a fast-growing real estate investment, development,
and management firm. As such, the position demands a dedicated
individual with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, work
independently and solve problems.
This individual must be passionate about design and maintaining the
aesthetics of a brand, have incredibly strong design and
copywriting skills, strong sense of quality control, and the
ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Create flyers, brochures, e-blasts, and presentations to support
marketing and leasing initiatives and that adhere to project
Assist with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other
marketing materials to support new business development
Coordinate internal and external marketing projects
Coordinate asset photography
Assist with marketing, brand management, execution of, and
collateral related to proprietary tenant experience and hospitality
Generate ideas for promotional events, activities and swag and
organize them effectively and in-line with brand identity
Maintain the organization of digital and physical marketing
collateral (files, brochures, swag, marketing boards, etc.)
Ensure properties and vacant spaces are "show ready" at all
Assist with the creation and production of relevant social media
content for assets
Assist in disseminating information on assets to team members
across the portfolio
Be proactive in exploring trends and staying ahead of best
practices in marketing, social media and design tactics
Assist on various ad hoc projects that arise
Bachelors in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Business
1-2 years of professional marketing experience
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particular InDesign &
Excellent copywriting skills
Highly organized with strong presentation, communication, and
interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively and
professional with all learning styles and personality types
