Marketing Analyst needed in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina 27709 for a long-term contract opportunity with Yoh---s client. The Big Picture --- Top Skills You Should Possess:

• Tableau/PowerBI (preferred) What You---ll Be Doing:
  • Through data and analysis, become an expert on our customer base.--
  • Responsible for market research and analysis needs for a large project, including primary and secondary data.
  • Continued support in quantitative and qualitative market research needs, customer demographic data, secondary data analysis, coordination with analytics, and oversite of all key measurement metrics
  • In-house data pulling (including Salesforce understanding)
  • User of Tableau/PowerBI, a bonus
  • Gathers all the backend data around Recruitment and Retention Recovery
  • Analyzes and lays it out for presentation
  • Able to tell a story with the data.
  • Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids
  • Ensure numbers are air-tight by performing self-directed quality control, and check with relevant data owners, and cross-referencing against secondary sources
  • Field Intelligence --- coordinate the compilation and analysis of quantitative field data including customer population data
  • Roll up and analysis of regular reports
  • Analysis on Business Unit level recruiting & retention performance
  • Alignment with operations on center performance targets, key tracking measures, analysis, and feedback to analytics.
  • Competitive intelligence --- using all available sources for information on competitive activity and competitive What You Need to Bring to the Table:--

    • Data analysis skills
    • Salesforce understanding
    • Master user of Excel and PowerPoint
    • Problem solving and critical thinking
