MARKETING COORDINATOR

Full-time / Office based / Durham NC

Responsible for the management, administration and overall support of key activities as required by the Marketing team to run the business efficiently. This includes marketing, project management and administrative support.

What you ll be doing

* Partners with marketing team to ensure objectives are administratively supported and managed effectively for timely completion. This includes supporting team to develop, execute and analyze the annual communication schedule, with frequent text messages and email communications being sent through Marketo.

* Coordinate with Product Managers and supporting teams to develop and execute sales and marketing events throughout the year.

* Manage and maintain information to be shared with Sales team through Bioventus Portal or iPads or other mediums as defined by the business.

* Take the lead on working with cross functional partners to maintain and update marketing and sales collateral to ensure they are up-to-date and consistent with current branding and messaging.

* Coordinate with Product Managers and supporting teams to develop and execute sales and marketing events throughout the year.

* Coordinate with Product Managers and supporting teams to increase Bioventus Surgical brand awareness through coordinated efforts at trade shows and clinical meetings. This includes booth design, on site promotion, identification and execution of distributor and surgeon events, and the communication and dissemination of leads.

* Coordinate with Product Managers to ensure tracking and supply of product literature to include online lit store and reprint management.

* Partner with the team to build and maintain database of customer contacts for the purposes of marketing communications to include pre & post trade shows as well as ongoing marketing automation software initiatives.

* Manage Marketing team calendar to ensure visibility of key events for broader cross functional team as well as deliverables on items such as training events and media plan delivery dates.

* Complete other tasks and duties as assigned by Manager



What you ll bring to the table

* BACHELOR S DEGREE WITH MINIMUM 2 YEARS SUPPORTING A MARKETING FUNCTION

* Strong Written and verbal communication skills

* Project management administration. Organizational skills and implementation skills

* Interpersonal skills with ability to successfully work cross functionally and with sales teams

* Experience with Marketo a plus

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
