Administrative Clerk to support Duke Signature Care, a concierge
internal medicine practice serving adults 18 yrs. and older. Duke
Signature Care has 2 clinic locations: on the Center for Living
Campus and Duke Health South Durham. The Administrative Clerk's
worksite will be on the Center for Living Campus at 3475 Erwin Rd.

- You enjoy speaking with patients via telephone and strive to
deliver outstanding customer service.
- You have excellent computer and multi-tasking skills.
- You are organized and able to complete timely data collection
and reporting.JOB DUTIES
- Prepare and reconcile credit card transactions and check
deposits.
- Answer and respond to telephone inquiries in a professional
manner.
- Mail invoices, draft letters, and sort documents.
- Schedule new patient visits; collect membership fees;
distribute welcome packets.
- Support Program Manager and front desk teams by performing
other related duties as needed. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Educational: work requires knowledge of basic grammar and
mathematical principles normally equivalent to a high school
education.
- Years of Experience: requires three months of some clerical or
general office experience.
- Licensure/Certification NA KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Basic PC and data entry skills
- Some knowledge of medical terminology
- Flexibility to handle tasks and special projects in a growing
