Job Description:
Aperio Clinical Outcomes is a full-service CRO and we are
looking for an all-star Administrative Coordinator.
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for handling
administrative duties across HR, IT and general office
management.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring that the office is well-maintained,
organized, and secure
- Responsible for answering main company line and direct
telephone calls
- Responsible for monitoring and directing incoming mail;
prepares outgoing mail for pickup
- Coordinates in office meetings, sets up meeting space and
ensures necessary accommodations
- Greets visitors to the office and directs visitors to the
correct location
- Facilitates interdepartmental communications and interactions
between internal and external parties
- Oversees facility management and maintenance
- Coordinates with outside vendors and contractors
- Coordinates the use and organization of office space
- Manages inventory of office supplies; purchases supplies and
equipment as needed and during the on-boarding and off-boarding
process
- Operates office machineries such as computers, photocopiers,
and printers; perform light maintenance and troubleshooting as
needed
- Performs general administrative and office support tasks to
ensure organizational sustainability
- Handles administrative tasks related to staff on-boarding and
off-boarding
- Performs other duties as requested
Minimum Standards:
- A bachelors or associates degree in business management or
related field along with 1 years' experience in an administrative,
customer service, or business support role; OR
- 3 years of experience in an administrative support or office
management role may be accepted in lieu of a degree
- Must possess sound technical skills with experience using MS
Office Suite
- Proficiency with general office technology and equipment,
including fax machines, printers, copiers, scanners, and
computers
- Must be able to lift 10 lbs and conduct light cleaning
- Ability to travel locally, approximately 5%
