Senior Staff Accountant Department: Finance Mission Mobile Medical is growing fast—and we’re looking for a Senior Staff Accountant who’s just as passionate about people as we are. You’ll collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis, helping optimize processes and maintain transparency. General As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports Support cost accounting activities, including cost analysis, variance analysis, and inventory reconciliation Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely, and manage supplier statements Assist in budgeting and forecasting, monitoring performance against budgets, and providing variance analysis Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory standards Prepare documentation for internal and external audits and respond to inquiries Develop internal reports to track KPIs Manage vehicle ownership and title transfer processes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations Qualifications & Requirements Values : Value all people and have a desire to be a Servant Leader Attitude : Embrace our culture and our SERVICE values Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred Experience: 5–7 years of accounting experience; QuickBooks proficiency required Performance : Able and willing to provide world-class service to all stakeholders Talents & Abilities Demonstrated strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in cost accounting principles and practices Excellent knowledge of accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 15 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods in a fast-paced environment Strong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace Our Every-Day SERVICE Values We live by our SERVICE values: Speed , Extraordinary Effort , Results , Valuing People , Integrity , Creativity , and Entertain always .
