Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Commercial
Driver (CDL) to join our team! You will be responsible for safely
operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,001 pounds Gross
Vehicle Weight (GVW). OTR Responsibilities: Safely operate a heavy
or tractor-trailer truck Load and unload cargo Properly track and
document activity log Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
Inspect truck before and after trip Qualifications: Previous
experience in truck driving OTR or other related fields Commercial
driver's license Ability to handle physical workload Strong work
ethic Company Description Experienced in handling a wide range of
administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work
independently with little or no supervision. Well organized,
flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting and
working with diverse people. Responsibilities: *Point person for
shipping, receiving, supplies, drivers, equipment, bill of laden
*Partner with HR to maintain office policies *Coordinate with IT
department on all office equipment *Manage relationships with
vendors, service providers ensuring that all items are invoiced and
paid on time *Manage contract and price negotiations with vendors
*Provide general support *Manage schedules, calendars and
appointments *Filing systems *Ensure that results are measured
against standards, while making necessary changes along the way
*Perform review and analysis special projects and current trends
and provide a review *Building a Book Of Business with fellow
professionals *Analyzing variances and carrying out necessary
corrections that may arise *Responsible for developing standards
and promoting activities that enhance operational procedures
*Allocate available resources to enable successful task performance
*Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
*Design and implement filing systems *Ensure filing systems are
