Our operations span regional property management, local storage construction, land development, and family office accounting. With revenues exceeding $70M and a dedicated team of around 110 employees across 10 states, we are poised for significant growth and success.Position Overview: The Controller is a pivotal leadership role reporting directly to the CFO. You will lead and build our 6-8 person accounting team, driving excellence in financial management, controls, and reporting. This hands-on position requires a strong accounting background, exceptional leadership skills, and a robust work ethic. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the opportunity to build, lead, and operate one of the top 5 multi-generation Family Offices in North Carolina.
