Finance Manager Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to join their Durham, NC location. Hybrid work environment. The Finance Manager will be responsible for oversight of organizational financial growth, including internal controls maintenance and financial performance analysis. The role will also be responsible for management of accounting and finance team activities. Responsibilities:The Finance Manager will be responsible for:

• Performing key business initiatives analysis
• Preparing operating and capital budgets
• Analyzing actual monthly and annual operating results
• Assisting with facility scorecard preparation and review and determining root cause analysis and improvement recommendations
• Identifying cost reduction opportunities for multiple business areas
• Preparing and reviewing operating and financial information packages
• Overseeing finance and accounting teams activities
• Supporting accounting policies, tools, and procedures implementation Skills/Competencies:The ideal Finance Manager will possess these skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • CPA
  • 5+ years related accounting experience, including some public; manufacturing or similar industry exposure preferred
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (data manipulation, sum, average, vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
  • ERP systems experience preferred; SAP/Oracle etc. a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment Additional Details:Employment type: Direct hireSalary: To $115k + bonus
