Job Description:

Duties: Assists with requirements and solution definition on complex

Digital Content Management projects. Partners with project sponsors and

technology teams to gather and document systems requirements and solutions

for new products, customized personalization features, and major

enhancements to SDL Tridion and Documentum content management offerings for

workplace investing clients and participants. Executes analysis for medium-

sized projects. Documents requirements and creates specifications, and

makes design recommendations for medium-sized projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Works with business partners and technology partners to identify,

review, define, interpret, and clarify scope of work in terms of business

and/or system requirements and processes.

• Contributes to the analysis strategy for technology projects

culminating in the creation of documentation to support project needs.

• Recommends changes to existing systems design to achieve

requirements, and recommends designs for new systems based on requirements.

• Documents objectives, use cases, requirements, and specifications.

• Monitors documentation standards and best practices.

• Recommends traceability improvements.

• Establishes project plans for projects of moderate scope, and works

on multiple projects concurrently.

• Works directly with the user community for project definition.

• Communicates project plan information, objectives, and deliverables

to the team.

• Works on complex assignments and on multiple phases of a project.

• Assists in defining analysis strategy.

• Writes business cases for review.

• Identifies and records risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions

in accordance with project standards.

• Participates in the review and validation of Quality Assurance test

plans to ensure requirements have been met.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in

Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems,

Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of

experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience performing

systems analysis, design, and technical support of financial applications

at an enterprise level; Or, alternatively, no degree and five (5) years of

experience performing systems analysis, design, and technical support of

financial applications at an enterprise level. Candidate must also possess:

Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) conducting project estimations, analyzing

system dependencies, and performing systems analysis and design, including

requirements gathering, documentation, data mining, story writing/grooming,

and functional design, for content management systems using SDL Tridion Web

Content Management System; DE producing System Delivery Specification

(SDS), Content Strategy Document, Technical System Design (TSD), and User

Implementation Guide documentation for content schemas, templates,

blueprinting, personalization, entitlements, and measurements and reporting

to support print, web, and mobile projects, according to Waterfall and

Agile methodologies; DE utilizing enterprise tools to execute project

deliverables – JIRA, Confluence, SDL Tridion Content Management System, HP

Quality Center, MS Visio, Splunk, SQL queries, Fiddler, SQL Developer, and

SOAP UI; DE designing and supporting high-scale secure customer-facing Web-

based applications, using SDL Tridion Content Management System, Solr, IBM

Waston/Vivisimo, thePlatform, and SumTotal.
