Job Description:
Duties: Serve as a member of Fidelity’s Personal Investing team
to design and develop test automation frameworks which ensure the quality
of our cutting edge trading platforms. Will use custom built solutions
and industry tools to standardize the frameworks and source code
across mobile products within the trading/brokerage portfolio. Primary Responsibilities: • Partner with the Development, Architect, and Operations teams
to ensure application code quality through use of code reviews,
automation, continuous integration and continuous delivery within the test
automation framework. • Build Continuous Integration/Delivery automation solutions for
each product/project. • Provide automation solutions for large scale projects from an
end- to-end perspective, including front-end, middle-tier services
and back-end data providers. • Develop frameworks to promote maintainability,
flexibility, extensibility and scalability. • Perform code reviews, and develop automation strategy. • Coordinate automation activities of an onshore/offshore
team. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology,
Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics or a closely related field and three (3)
years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience
developing UI test automation frameworks for mobile applications and
devices; or, alternatively, Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent)
in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology,
Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics or a closely related field and one (1) year
of experience in the job offered or one (1) year of experience
developing UI test automation frameworks for mobile applications and devices.
Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) performing
quality assurance testing of personal investing trading applications
using SeeTest, XPath, and XPath Expressions within a Mobile Cloud environment;
DE developing test automation frameworks using Java within an
Agile environment; DE in object oriented programming and Aspect
programming within an Agile environment; DE coordinating quality assurance
