Job Description:

Duties: Serve as a member of the Money Movement team within Account and

Cash Services to provide technical leadership and project management. The

Account and Cash Services team supports multiple customer facing web pages

and tools for our Retail and NetBenefits customers. These include the

Online Account Opening product, Bill Pay Services, Online Account

Servicing, Statements, Stock Plan Services and Money Movement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform project management and coordinate project activities across

teams.

• Conduct functional and data analysis.

• Organize and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand up meetings,

and release planning for projects.

• Track and communicate team status and progress via burn up and burn

down charts.

• Champion best practices of Scrum methodology.

• Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with business

partners.

• Work with internal and external Program/Project Managers to support

and lead, as required, complex systems projects or enhancements to systems,

requiring integration across business units or platforms.

• Perform functional testing and mine test data.

• Partner with the business and other technology partners to analyze

the domain and propose solutions which will maximize business value.

• Work with Program Manager to manage or support project budgets and

billing.

• Plan and conduct effective meetings.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in

Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems,

Mathematics, Physics or a closely related field and five (5) years of

experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience project

managing software development projects for building and maintaining web-

based applications, mainframe applications and enterprise-wide desktop

applications; or, alternatively, no degree and seven (7) years of

experience in the job offered or seven (7) years of experience project

managing software development projects for building and maintaining web-

based applications, mainframe applications and enterprise-wide desktop

applications; or, alternatively, Master’s degree (or foreign education

equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology,

Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics or a closely related field and

three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of

experience project managing software development projects for building and

maintaining web-based applications, mainframe applications and enterprise-

wide desktop applications. Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated

Expertise (“DE”) in program and project managing information technology

development and support projects with multiple stakeholders, development

teams and vendors according to Waterfall and Agile methodologies using JIRA

for end-to-end requirements tracking and status reporting; DE managing

resources, budget, schedule, and risk mitigation using HP PPMC; performing

technical and data analysis for status reporting using Ribbit and

Confluence; and performing financial reporting, operations metrics and

statistics using Prosper Assist and Catalyst; DE managing projects to

develop and enhance multiple systems across financial services with multi-

tier architecture using Java, J2EE, Message Broker, Web services, and ODM

Rules Engine within a heterogeneous database environment using Oracle and

DB2 databases; DE project managing Continuous Integration and Deployment

projects, which use Jenkins and Sonar, and Test Automation using Selenium

and Protractor across the development and test environment; and performing

functional and user acceptance testing.
