Job Description:
Duties: Serve as a member of the Enterprise CyberSecurity
Identity and Access Management team, which provides enterprise-wide
application and security solution services for Fidelity's business units. The
team is responsible for providing a wide range of security solutions in
the areas of Access Governance and Provisioning, Web Access Management,
Platform Authentication, and Identity Management. Will perform
engineering, network services, implementations and support of authentication
related technologies servicing over 500 applications, 55,000 employees,
and hundreds of business-to-business partners/customers. Primary Responsibilities: • Determine business and application needs for Authentication,
Cloud Security, Web Single Sign-On (SSO), Web Service Security, and
Strong Authentication. • Document requirements and implement solutions, including researching standards, conducting security and vulnerability
analysis and risk assessments, identifying integration issues, preparing cost
estimates, and migrating solutions into production environments. • Implement authentication security controls, engineering
solutions for Cloud security services, federation, web authentication
services, access management and web and mobile Single Sign-On. • Work directly with business unit application teams to
extend authentication service solutions. • Support and maintain security infrastructure. • Verify engineering solutions by developing and creating use
cases, test cases, verification and performance scripts. • Identify existing gaps and evaluate and implement enhancements
to improve security. • Upgrade systems driven by IT compliance and business
partners. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering,
Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics or a
closely related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or
three (3) years of experience implementing enterprise-wide web application
security solutions within a financial services and products environment;
or, alternatively, a Master’s degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering,
Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics or a
closely related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or one
(1) year of experience implementing enterprise-wide web application security
solutions within a financial services and products environment. Candidate
must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) implementing risk based
access control, specifically implementing web and non-web based
enterprise application security using SAML2, NTLM, Kerberos, OAuth and
Cryptography standards; and implementing SSO and Authentication and
Authorization services for enterprise applications using Access Management
products - Siteminder, PingFederate, OAM and OSSO; DE integrating
security applications with directory services (LDAP, Active Directory,
Oracle Directory Services) within a Database (SQL, Oracle, MySQL),
Webserver (IIS, Apache, IHS) and Application Server (Tomcat, WebLogic,
WebSphere) environment; DE developing web and Web Services (Restful and
SOAP) applications using Java, JSP, ASP and JavaScript; and DE
performing code integration and deployment using Jenkins and Hudson, developing
builds scripts (Ant, shell scripts and Maven) and version control using
